For over a decade and a half, KANE & COMPANY, INC. has been the only firm
registered with the SEC and NASD at the Underwriter level providing investment
banking advice without the conflicts of interest of full-service firms, which try to
combine that advice with institutional and retail sales, investment advisory services,
research, trading and more.Instead,we focus on sophisticated mergers and acquisition
advice (sell-side and buy-side), financial (fairness, solvency, valuation) opinions and

Our Board of Advisors consists of top executives and former executives (generally
CEOs, CFOs, COOs and equivalents) who have an established reputation for
judgment and building value. They are well experienced with, and current on, a
particular business segment, usually with a deep operating background. Our
Advisers make referrals of our firm in the course of their routine activities in
situations where we can appropriately add value to the prospective client. In addition,
some of our Advisors (who commit to formal continuing education and other
regulatory requirements) choose to participate in the execution of some engagements,
where their operational skills provide our clients with special value.
Our Advisors generally find situations where KANE can
make a substantial contribution by simply going about
their routine activities. They are successful because
of the combination of their existing contacts and
reputation and our experience and expertise. We
only ask people to be Advisors who we believe can
succeed otherwise it s a waste of our time and
theirs. If we, or someone affiliated with us has given
you this to read, the preliminary assessment is that
you have the necessary qualifications for success.

BENEFITS
Substantial Compensation. When we succeed for a client, we are well-compensated
and because of this, we in turn compensate our Advisors commensurately. For
assignments meeting the firm’s intake criteria, $150K to $250K is the norm for
effective introductions based on a fixed percentage of the firm s compensation for
the work and success. Advisors that participate at the highest threshold of involvement
with the Program, such as committing to formal continuing education and other
requirements, can participate in the execution of the engagement, within their
scope of competency, and qualify for compensation 50%+ over that paid for more
casual levels of participation.
